Jack Frosts 2011/20112

Sailing Dates: 11/19/11, 01/21/12, 02/25/12, 03/24/12

EYC invites you and your crew back to the Club for an informal race award party after the races on Jan 21 and Feb 25 (must be present to win award!). We'll provide hot clam chowder by the fireplace as you watch great videos of the days' races in our beautiful lounge.

The final awards for the series will be after the races on March 24. Boats who compete in our races also recieve complimentary overnight docking--please contact our Port Captain, Mike Byroads, at tostreets@gmail.com if you'll be staying the night before or after the race.

The Jack Frost Midwinters give folks the opportunity to race a leisurely set of races during the winter months. The races are held in the central bay, usually between Treasure Island and Alcatraz Island. Midwinter racing is generally very mild, although an occasional front can sneak in making the racing a bit more intense. The series is popular with our members, and non-members, giving them a chance to get out on the water during the winter and keep their boat in sailing form and sailing skills intact.
